Iain McGonigle is the partner who heads the department and his colleague Lynne Mounstephen is trained and qualified to practice Collaborative Law, a new area in family law where husbands and wives who have decided to separate, seek to reach an agreement in good faith with each other and without threatening recourse to legal proceedings.
